A private Villa with fantastic family accommodation located within a 10 minute drive of Disney World and the other Orlando attractions. The villa would ideally suit two families as it will comfortably sleep 12 and can accommodate up to 14 people. There are six bedrooms, three doubles, two with dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms, three twins and a further two bathrooms. There are two living/dining areas with seating for 12, both with cable TV and a kitchen / nook which is fully fitted with oven/range, fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal and microwave. There is a laundry with washer/dryer. The villa is fully air conditioned and boasts entertainment to include 4 TV's, DVD, CD/Radio HiFi system and internet. Outside there is a screened private swimming pool with spa and decked patio and a double Garage. A cot is available and children are welcomed.

LOCATION
Our Villa is located on the secluded and peaceful Seasons community and less than 4 miles from Walt Disney World. Excellent access to all of the theme parks and attractions with Walmart and the 192 just a 2 minute drive away.
DESCRIPTION:
Our Villa has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, a large-screen TV, DVD Player and sound system - so you can watch your favourite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). Outside, there's an electrically heated private, screened, and sparkling-clear pool where you and your family can splash around, lazelaze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and soak in "the rays”. The pool also has a child safety fence for toddlers provided as standard and switch-able pool door alarms throughout and an integrated spa to relax in the bubbles.
With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.
FACILITIES
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for that favourite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the “formal” dining area – which has a serving hatch from the kitchen, in the breakfast nook – or why not eat alfresco by the sparkling pool? There is also a Laundry with washer/dryer and a double garage.
The sleeping accommodation at our villa includes 2 spacious master bedroom suites, 1 with a king-size bed, cable TV with DVD, and 1 with a queen-sized bed and cable TV, dresser, nightstands, and walk in closet space. One master is located downstairs. Both master suites enjoy a spacious, private master bathroom, one with a roman tub and walk-in shower, and the other with a shower/tub and vanity – both with toilets.
There is a further spacious bedroom, with a large-size bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps and closet space – adjacent or nearby shared family bathrooms. Then there are 3 bedrooms for the kids, each with 2 twin beds, oodles of closet space, adjacent family-size bathrooms, which are ideal for kids (and adults!) of all ages.
