This newly built Villa offers fantastic family accommodation with on site Clubhouse and is located within a 20 minute drive of the Orlando attractions and Disney World .
The villa would ideally suit a large family as it comfortably sleeps 10 and can accommodate up to 12 people. There are five bedrooms, all with TV’S, downstairs one King sized double with en-suite and a Twin with separate bathroom, upstairs one Queen sized double with en-suite, another Double and a Twin sharing a further bathroom.
There is a large living area with ample seating and cable TV, a fully fitted kitchen / nook with oven/range, large fridge with icemaker, Dishwasher, waste disposal and microwave and a further dining room.
There is a laundry with washer/dryer. The villa is fully air conditioned and
includes TV's, DVD, CD/Radio and HiFi system. Outside there is a screened private swimming pool with spa and decked patio and a double garage.

Situated a few short miles from Disney's doorstep, this home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting things to do. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa is ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 10 guests in spacious comfort, while being licensed for 12 guests.
The villa has a spacious living room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, with a sofa and 2 love seats, plus an entertainment centre with cable TV,
DVD player and CD Radio Hi-Fi. Step out from the nook on to the pool deck, where you can sit on the very comfortable cushioned furniture, or take a dip in our heated sparkling pool or spa.
ACCOMMODATION:
Sleeping accommodation at the villa includes a downstairs master bedroom with a King-size bed, TV, night-stands with lamps and clock/radio/alarm, walk in closet space, and dresser, plus a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower, roman tub and toilet. A twin bedroom with TV, night-stands with lamps, closet space, and separate bathroom.
A second master bedroom suite upstairs also affords a queensize bed, TV, night-stands with lamps, plus a dresser, closet space, and master bathroom with vanity basin, shower/bath, and toilet. There's a further spacious double bedroom with a full bed, TV, night stand with lamp, closet space and a further Twin bedroom with TV, night stands, closet space, sharing a further bathroom.
Finally, there's a queensize
sleeper/sofa in the family room.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast.....but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation!
