Full Details
A 7 bedroom home, with 4.5 bathrooms, The Emerald is superbly furnished to a very high standard with your comfort in mind.
It sleeps 14-16 people and the bedrooms consist of three Masters, all with king size beds, two of which have full en-suite facilities. There are also 2 other queen bedrooms and 2 twins, one of which is superbly themed for children.
Indeed, a unique feature of this home is that every room has been individually decorated in bright colors and themed. For instance, there is a quite regal theme to the dining room, an elegant theme to the master bedroom, while all the other bedrooms have themes of their own including a children's bedroom based around Disney princesses, and a queen bedroom that has an African theme that is quite superb.
The home also features original paintings by prominent local artists and this fore thought and attention to detail has helped to make The Emerald one of the better homes in this resort.
There are TVs and DVDs in every bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the main living area too.
There is also a Playstation 2 in the children's bedroom.
Other features of The Emerald include a second sitting area, spacious kitchen, a very large living room, separate dining area, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a two car garage.
The main living area is extremely well furnished and has a 47 inch High Definition widescreen television and DVD player, as well as a sound system.
The kitchen is fully fitted too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone, and you will find all your crockery, and cutlery, as well as linens and towels, supplied for your stay.
Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a superb screened in swimming pool, and a spa.
For families, it is worth noting too that this pool area has a child safety net installed for our added security.
Another superb feature of this home, though, is the fully equipped games room which has a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and cable TV. This luxury has already proved very popular with our clients and now that the home is finally completed, we have very high expectations of it.
The amenities at Emerald Island are a major plus too and include a superb games room, a fantastic oversized heated community pool with a slide, a fitness centre, and clubhouse, to name but a few!.
The Emerald, with the proximity it enjoys to all the local facilities and attractions represents tremendous value for money and comes very highly recommended.
