Full Details
Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath ground and first floor apartments are a complete home from home, fully furnished and sleeping up to 8 guests each. They have 3 bedrooms (2 queen doubles and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), with a double sofa-bed in the living area. A foldaway child's cot is also provided. With a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), 2 Cable TVs, DVD player, mini stereo, washing machine and tumble dryer there is everything you could need. Free Wireless internet now available in the apartment.
Bahama Bay is a secure gated resort which offers excellent facilities, including 4 heated outdoor pool areas, 6 spa pools, Kiddies splash-pool & play area plus a tennis & basketball court, volleyball area and fishing dock. The Clubhouse has a 24-hour Reception, Concierge Desk, relaxing lounge areas with free WIFI connection, mini-market, gym and sauna facilities, Eleuthera Health Spa & Salon, children’s entertainment area , separate PC internet area and a ticket & information point. Mambo’s poolside bar and grille offers refreshments by the Clubhouse pool with the Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar being located on the lakeshore next to the sandy beach.
ACCOMMODATION:
Bedrooms: Master Bedroom with Queen size double bed, ensuite bathroom, closet and storage space, TV and small patio terrace.
Bedroom 2 with Queen size double bed, closet and storage space.
Bedroom 3 with Twin beds, closet and storage space.
Bathrooms: Ensuite bathroom to Master Bedroom has a bath, electric shower, basin unit and WC. Switch for extractor fan and large linen/towel cupboard.
Second bathroom (located outside the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms) has a washbasin unit, WC and large walk-in shower. Both are fitted with handrails for those who require them.
Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and blender. China and cutlery for 8 guests, plenty of dishes, pots & pans, even a set of picnic ware. Handy Electronic Safe.
The recently refurbished lounge/dining Room is the centre of the apartment, comprising a large dining table with 6 chairs, 3-seated (double) sofa bed & 2-seated sofa. Media unit with cable TV, DVD player & hifi system. Patio doors to a small patio area overlooking gardens.
A utility closet houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, laundy basket, iron & board, vacuum cleaner and broom. The controls to the air conditioning/heating system are located just outside the closet.
All linen and towels are provided. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior to guest's arrival and then after departure.
WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY:
One apartment is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair friendly, with wide doorways and plenty of space in the apartment. The only accesses which may be restricted are the small patio areas. There is designated disabled parking close to the front door. All pathways throughout the complex are suitable for wheelchair users.
BAHAMA BAY RESORT:
Bahama Bay Resort Clubhouse with 24-hour Reception, includes relaxing lounge areas, Concierge Desk, children's games room & mini cinema, WiFI access and internet area, small shop and deli, DVD hire, gym & sauna facilities, Health Spa & Salon. The Resort has 4 heated outdoor swimming pools, 6 hot-tubs, walking trails, a tennis & basketball court, Kiddies pool and playground, Mambos's bar and grill, Tradewind's lakeside full service restaurant & tiki bar, lovely sandy beach with volleyball area and fishing dock located on the shore of Lake Davenport.
Change over day:
Arrive and depart of any day of the week, minimum 3 days rental bookings taken. Check in is from 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is usually by 10am on day of depature, but a late check-out may be requested for a nominal extra charge.
