Introduction
Welcome to our New Home in Windsor Hills(W.H.) located just outside the entrance to Walt Disney World in Kissimmee. Our home is situated on the highest spot in the community, with marvelous viuw were you can see 2 of Disneys fireworks every night, the sunset and the oranges grow just outside the fence

Our new 4 bed 4 bath Home has been professionally furnished to a high standard with your comfort in mind.
It sleeps 8 - 10 people and the bedrooms consist of one Master with kingsize bed, one Queen bedroom and two twins. In Masterroom closett there is a folded baby bed and in the living area is a sofa bed for 2. All the baths have shower plus tubs in two.
In each bedroom there is a 13" TV, except master has a 19" TV.
The family room is devided in a living and dinning area and a desk area with a highspeed internet access and a guestbook. The main living area is well furnished with 27" TV and DVD player.
Dinning area has a nice table set for 8 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer with ice dispenser, stove with glass top, coffee machine, 4 slice toaster, waste disposal, blender, electric can opener, handmixer, telephone and dinnerware in hard plastic for the pool area and all you need of crockery and cutlery.
The kitchen has a beautiful nook with marvelous view, also from living area and master room. There is sliding patio-doors from all this rooms onto a covered patio with furniture for 10 people and all is screened in together with the swimming pool.
FOR FAMILIES THE POOL AREA HAS A CHILD SAFETY NET INSTALLED FOR OUR ADDET SECURITY
It is air-condition in the house and ceiling fans in master and living room.
The house has 2 doors garage with a area for laundry with a full size washer and dryer, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and FIRST AID KIT.
To make the Home complete it is silkplants, floorplants and arts on the walls, towels for all the baths and kitchen and linens for all the beds.
Windsor Hill is a closed community with a guarded entrance 24 hours 7 days a week. Just inside the gate you see the clubhouse with a small shop, cafè, cinema, fittingroom, playroom and a fantastic oversized heated community pool with a slide.
Around in the community there is area for basketball, tennis, 9 - holes golf, chess on the ground, several childrens playgrounds and the newest a place for BBQ.
One specialty for this community: The BENCH by the entrance door is where you leave your garbage to be collected every day, except sunday. IMPORTANT.
