Introduction
Our villa is situated on the quiet residential development of Clear Creek, yet only 15 minutes to Disney World. Just off the US 192 and US 27. At the entrance to the estate there is a Winn Dixie supermarket , Walmart and Lowes with a pharmacy and photo processing, a pizza takeaway, bank and post office all within easy reach.
The beaches on the Atlantic Coast along with Kennedy space centre are only about an hours drive away. Busch Gardens and the Gulf coast resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg can be reached in less than 90 minutes. Near by are several good Golf Courses.
(The villa is less than 4 miles from Clermont National Park, where there are lovely walks, and picnic areas, in unspoiled Lakeland

The villa is fully equipped, beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool, which overlooks the conservation area to the rear, and as a bonus is south facing so very sunny!!
The villa has a large family room with digital TV/DVD player.
Kitchen : Fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, full oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc. a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Internet Access

Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, digital TV/DVD full-size walk in wardrobe and bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, wardrobes.TV
Bedroom 3: Two Single Beds with TV/dvd/nintendo cube system.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full Bathroom.

All Towels and Bed Linen provided
Smoking allowed in the outside pool area only.
