There are two pool areas, small bar and laundry on site. A couple of minutes stroll will take you to the bars and restaurants of San Eugenio. A further five minute walk will take you to the sandy delights of La Pinta Beach.

Full Details
The lounge has a modern feel, with sumptuous L shaped sofa bed, and stylish white 2-tier coffee table in front. Also furnished with modern side tables, display unit and stand for the TV, which connects to the communal satellite system. There is also an attractive tall standing lamp with adjustable setting for ambient lighting. Patio doors lead on to the sunny and spacious terrace with table chairs and view of the pool.
Kitchen is well-equipped with cutler and crockery, and cooking facilities comprise of microwave, full oven and hob. There is also a coffee maker in addition to the usual kettle and toaster etc. Breakfast bar with tall stools provide dining area.
The bedroom has twin beds with modern wall lights above, which are ideal for reading in bed. The bed heads match the 2-drawer bedside unit which houses an additional bedside lamp. The fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers provide plenty of storage space, and the large mirror above the chest of drawers makes a perfect dressing table area. Patio doors also lead to the terrace from here.
The bathroom has been fully refurbished and ornately tiled. The suite comprises of full bath with shower fitting on wall, WC, bidet and washbasin. Mirror above sink with light insets and bathroom cabinet for storing toiletries.
