Key has brought a new concept to the villa listing service, by introducing our Verified Villa service. This service has been introduced to give villa renters the knowledge that the villa has been seen by an agent of Key.
In order to qualify as a verified villa, the property will have been visited within the previous 12 months by an agent of Key, to verify that the photographs provided by the owner / manager match the villa listed.
It is important to know that Key does not guarantee the condition of the property at the time of a visit, however does ensure that the verified villa owners maintain a suitable property. In order to ensure the continued status as a verified villa, an annual visit to the property will be made, otherwise the verified Villa Status will be removed.
The verified villa logo currently only applies to properties in the Central Florida region, but will be extended to other regions in the near future.
